Protecting Your Account
Two-step verification (2FA) requires you to enter a one-time OTP code in addition to your password each time you log in. Even if your password is compromised, this makes it much harder for anyone else to access your account — which is why m9aisa strongly recommends enabling it. You can turn it on in your account settings.
Your OTP code is a one-time secret number that should only reach your phone. m9aisa staff will never ask for your OTP code. Anyone asking for it via Telegram, Messenger, or phone call could be a scammer. Only enter the code yourself — never share it with anyone.
The only official domain is m9aisa.mom. Always check the domain in your browser's address bar — fake domains often use characters that look similar, such as a letter "O" in place of a "0". Read the URL carefully before logging in. If you're unsure, confirm through live chat.
Change your password right away and enable 2FA, then contact m9aisa's 24/7 live chat immediately and request a temporary account suspension. Staff can check for any withdrawals that may have occurred and will request further verification if needed. The faster you get in touch, the more effective the response.
Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols in your password. Avoid easy-to-guess passwords like your birthday, "123456", or "password". How to Deposit

VIP Program & Cashback
VIP players receive weekly cashback — similar to getting a portion of losses returned — along with priority support and preferential handling when issues arise. The higher your VIP tier, the higher your cashback rate, which means the potential benefit grows significantly for regular players.
Your VIP tier is determined automatically based on how regularly you play and how much you wager. The more consistently you play, the faster your tier goes up. If you are actively playing at m9aisa, you can check your current tier status through your account settings or via live chat.
m9aisa has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). Diamond is the highest tier with the best cashback rate and the most benefits. You can move up one tier at a time from Bronze to Diamond by playing regularly.
Cashback is calculated each week based on your wagering activity, and paid out at the rate for your VIP tier. For example, Gold tier members can receive up to 0.9%. Note that cashback is added to your withdrawable balance — it is not bonus credit. You can check when your cashback will arrive in the player portal.

Withdrawal
