m9aisa Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing the m9aisa platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, and that you agree to follow them. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using our services.

In this document, "platform" refers to the m9aisa website, mobile application, games, and all related services. "Player" refers to any registered user with an account on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21+ to use this platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing it. We may request proof of age at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open and hold one personal account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual ("Multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If this is found to have occurred, all such accounts will be suspended and remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

When registering, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and valid, unexpired bank card or payment method details. If inaccurate information is found, the account may be suspended.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share these login details with anyone. You are responsible for all bets and financial transactions made from your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

m9aisa accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.

• Deposits will be credited to your account almost instantly after verification.
• If you have any issue with a deposit, contact customer support immediately.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods are not allowed — you must use a method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.

• Withdrawals will be sent back through the same method used for the deposit.
• Each withdrawal will only be processed after verification by the platform.
• Under AML (anti-money laundering) policy, withdrawals may be delayed and supporting documents may be requested if necessary.
• To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirement below.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The first deposit bonus offered by m9aisa is 200% — up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus can be claimed once per player, and only once across family members.
• Playing patterns designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine play (such as placing large bets quickly) will be treated as a violation.
• The platform reserves the right to modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• VIP rewards, cashback, and referral bonuses are also subject to specific terms set by the platform.

4.3 Refer a Friend Bonus

The referrer receives 5% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer earns 0.1% per week as commission from the valid bets of referred friends. This bonus is subject to the general bonus policy.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

Players can progress through 5 VIP levels based on their play. The weekly cashback rate differs at each VIP level:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP level progression depends on the relationship between the platform and the player, as well as consistent play activity. Cashback bonuses are also subject to wagering requirements and related terms.

6. Irregular Play and Violations

6.1 Prohibited Actions

Players are prohibited from doing any of the following on the platform:

• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or game settings
• Colluding with others by coordinating play in advance
• Engaging in fraudulent financial activity, including lending, exchanging, or misusing funds
• Using unfair methods such as bots or automation tools
• Bonus abuse — using one-sided play strategies solely to extract bonus funds

6.2 Action Taken

If any violation is found, the platform may immediately suspend the relevant account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7. Privacy Protection

Players' personal data is well protected in accordance with m9aisa's Privacy Policy. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to securely keep players' financial and personal information.

Player data is never sold or shared with third parties — except where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming and Limits

• Players can request personal limits (deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit) from support.
• Self-exclusion can be arranged immediately through support.
• Never play with more money than you can afford to lose.

9. Service Suspension and Account Closure

The platform may temporarily or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• A clear violation of these terms and conditions is found
• Fraudulent financial activity is suspected
• Keeping the account open would create a legal issue under applicable law or obligations

Players may also request to close their own account by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability and Legal Matters

10.1 Limitation of Liability

m9aisa cannot be held responsible for losses caused by factors outside the platform's control (e.g. network failures, third-party provider outages). However, if such losses occur, we will always make every effort to investigate and resolve them for players.

10.2 Changes

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time, and any changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect will be taken as the player's acceptance of the updated terms.
